Sr. Project Designer | PFS Studio

My name is Stanley Luk and I have been working in the field of Landscape Architecture since 2001. I am also a ISA certified arborist and have extensive experience working in Ontario, British Columbia and Washington state, USA. I am currently employed at PFS Studio in Vancouver, Canada working as a Senior Project designer. My expertise is in planting design and have had extensive experience with planting design in various climatic locations including Ontario, BC, France, California and Alberta. I have also just passed my LARE examinations and are in the process of becoming a licensed BCSLA Landscape Architect. My recent experience will hopefully assist the SALA graduates about the examination and application process. I have presented at Friends of the Garden at UBC botanical gardens and have participated as a professional Crit at the UBC SALA Comprehensive Studio program for David Zielnicki in 2020. I have contributed gardening articles for CBC, John Deer Homestead magazine and my Toronto roof terrace garden have been featured in Toronto Life online magazine. Horticulture is a life long hobby of mine and I have an extensive orchid and tropical plant collection as well as an extensive roof top garden in Vancouver. I am currently serving as the Vice President of the Vancouver Orchid Society and I am a certified Orchid Judge with the American Orchid Society.
