Following completion of the graduate program at UBC SALA in 2012, Simon worked in Tokyo for several years before returning to Canada in 2015. Having designed projects at a variety of scales from interior installations to urban public realm; his attention to detail, scale and atmosphere can be seen in projects completed. Working in Japan allowed him to develop overseas project management skills through the completion of projects throughout Asia. During his time working in the greater Vancouver region, he has gained experience in the rezoning, permitting and construction process for multi-family residential projects. He is a registered architect in British Columbia and the State of California. Currently residing in Victoria and employed at Low Hammond Rowe Architects, he is the project architect for a shelter & affordable housing multi-use project located in Vancouver.
