Intern Architect | Local Practice Architecture + Design Ltd

Intern Architect, artist, mechanic, small business owner, aspiring archivist and mediocre carpenter - I am a creative individual currently living back in my hometown of Vancouver, after going to graduate school for Architecture in Toronto.

Bio from Local Practice's website:

"Ross is a thorough and pragmatic designer who enjoys finding lateral solutions to architectural problems. He believes in design that builds on existing patterns of occupation, focuses on alternative value systems, and fosters a culture of nurture and care. In his work, Ross strives to create nuanced interventions that reflect the rich texture and complexity of the world around him. Ross holds an Interprovincial Red Seal in Mechanics, a Bachelor of Architectural Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto. Outside the office, he spends his time riding bicycles, slip casting ceramics, and chasing deer out of his unfenced garden."
